By creating an account, browsing, or using the services provided by AI PerksBox ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Description of Services
AI PerksBox is a curated startup ecosystem listing, checking eligibility, and distributing startup perk codes, discounts, and developer platform credits (collectively "Perks"). The application assists founders in verifying qualifications for programs like cloud credits, API keys, software subscriptions, and design solutions.
We act as an aggregator and facilitator. Actual perk redemption, verification criteria, and approval timelines are defined and managed entirely by our third-party Perk Partners (e.g. AWS Activate, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, etc.). We do not guarantee partner approval or instant credit issuance.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access and claim most perks, you must register for an account using a valid email. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete details about yourself and your startup entity.
- Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
- Promptly notify support of any unauthorized login or security breach.
- Accept sole responsibility for all actions and claims performed under your user account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Certain premium perks and features are restricted to our Pro and Lifetime members.
- Billing Tiers: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Lifetime access is charged as a single one-time payment.
- Automatic Renewals: Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via our Stripe Customer Portal before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable. Contact hello@aiperksbox.com for support.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted behaviors:
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or misrepresentative details about your startup to gain perks.
- Reselling, sharing, or distributing perk codes and promotional links to third parties.
- Scraping the directory or database of perks using bots or automated scripts.
- Attempting to bypass authentication walls or compromise server stability.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The services and data on AI PerksBox are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall AI PerksBox or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, credits, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the perks, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to AI PerksBox shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
